toller is software supplied by Aodhan Murphy Law Inc. and licensed to Michael B. Murphy KC Professional Corporation. This covers the application at tollerapp.ca and any components it serves to an organisation’s own website.

When you connect a Google account

You choose the account, and Google shows you the exact permissions before you agree. We ask only for the permissions your organisation’s configuration actually needs, and never for one it does not.

PermissionWhat it reaches
Analytics, read onlyReporting figures for the property you name
Search Console, read onlyReporting figures for the site you name
Send emailSending a message as your own address, at your instruction
Read email, read signatureMessages relating to a record you hold
CalendarReading and creating events
DriveDocument storage

Permissions are granted one at a time and only where your configuration uses them. Where one has not been granted, toller cannot reach it.

We do not sell what we read, we do not use it to train a model, and we do not share it with another organisation using toller. toller’s use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

When you use a website running our components

The business whose website you are on is collecting your enquiry. We process it for them. We record what you send, the page you arrived on, the page that sent you, your IP address, and any identifiers carried in the link you arrived by. If you give a phone number and agree to be contacted, that business may text you.

What we do not keep

Reporting figures read from a connected account are used to render the screen you asked for. No copy is stored.

Where it is kept, and who can reach it

Google Cloud, in Canada. Each organisation’s data is separated from every other organisation’s, and connected credentials are held encrypted.

How long

Enquiries are kept for the business that received them until they delete them. Connected credentials are kept until the connection is removed, and removing it deletes them.
