toller is supplied by Aodhan Murphy Law Inc. and licensed to Michael B. Murphy KC Professional Corporation. It is supplied to any other organisation under an agreement with Aodhan Murphy Law Inc. These terms cover access to the application at tollerapp.ca. Where they and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement wins.

Your organisation

You are responsible for who you invite into your organisation and what they do in it. Sign in belongs to a person, not to a shared login.

Your data stays yours

We claim no ownership of what you put into toller. You give us permission to process it in order to run the service for you, and for nothing else. We do not use one organisation’s data to serve another, and we do not sell it.

Ours stays ours

The application, and everything in it that is not your data, belongs to Aodhan Murphy Law Inc. Access is a licence to use it, and nothing in these terms transfers any part of it to you. You may not copy it, take it apart to work out how it is built, or use it to build something that competes with it.

Connected accounts

Where you connect an outside account, you confirm you are entitled to connect it. You can disconnect it at any time, which deletes the stored credential.

Availability

The service is provided as it stands. Planned work and outages happen, and we do not promise uninterrupted service.

Ending it

Either side may end the agreement in writing. You can export your data before it is deleted.
